GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS

These general conditions bind all parties and are part of the contract.

Reservation formalisation

Space reservation in the Griébal Scout Centre can be performed through www.griebal.es or by emailing griebal@griebal.org.

GSC will provide the group with a document that will specify the services contracted and their price. This document, which will be sent by email, will be proof of reservation confirmation by GSC. The reservation will be considered made once 25% of the amount budgeted is payed. 

Prices

Prices are updated annually, in the case of requesting a budget with the previous year’s rate, this budget will be maintained one month after the budget is issued, if there is no confirmation during this time, the new rates will apply.

Payment

When formalizing the reservation, the group must pay 25% of the amount budgeted. This payment ensures the reservation.
The rest must be paid before 30^th June.

Modifications

Changes in the budget will be accepted until 30^th June.
Once this date has passed, the money will not be returned if the changes amount to a lower sum.
In case of group enlargements after 30^th June, it is necessary to confirm availability with the GSC.

Cancellation

At all times, the user or consumer can modify or withdraw from the services requested or contracted, and has the right to a refund, whether it is of the total price or the initial payment. The following percentages apply in terms of the cost of management and services cancelled:

– If the withdrawal occurs before 31^st March, the full amount paid to the centre will be refunded.
– If the withdrawal occurs before 31^st May, 75% of the amount budgeted will be refunded.
– If the withdrawal occurs between 1^st June and the date of the group’s arrival, 10% of the amount budgeted will be refunded.
– If the group decides to leave the facilities during the stay, no amount will be refunded.
